Our client, an award-winning Top 200 UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Locum Solicitor for a short-term contract locum position, starting ASAP. Full time 5 days per week ideally, or 4 days at a minimum. Term circa 3 months to cover a recruitment gap.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including company, partnership, director, and shareholder disputes, corporate transactions, commercial contract disputes, and insolvency cases, contributing to the firm's commitment to providing exceptional legal services to its clients.

• Manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload

• Advise clients on complex legal matters

• Draft legal documents and correspondence

• Represent clients in court proceedings

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' commercial litigation experience

• Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles and procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload

• Immediately available for a 4 or 5-day per week commitment

• Competitive hourly rate of £45 - £50 per hour
