Position Overview

Become a valued member of our network as a Remote Estate Planning Attorney—work part-time with a flexible schedule and ready-to-act clients (no marketing required). Leverage your expertise in Medicaid Asset Protection, special needs, business formation, and contract law to provide life-changing support. Conduct virtual consultations with full back-office assistance and direct weekly payments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, empathetic legal advice on estate planning, Medicaid asset protection, and business formation.
• Prepare and review a variety of documents: wills, trusts, contracts, powers of attorney, and business formation paperwork.
• Advise clients with clarity, compassion, and tailored strategies for their unique circumstances.
• Monitor and apply legal and regulatory changes, especially in elder law, special needs, and asset protection.
• Collaborate virtually with clients and our support team for efficient case management and streamlined service delivery.

What You’ll Need

• Active membership with the State Bar in good standing
• Residency and private practice in state of license
• 3+ years in estate plan drafting
• Proficiency with technology: Microsoft Office, CRM, and virtual communication platforms
• Experience with special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation, or asset protection preferred
• Additional state bar admissions and bilingual skills are a plus
