Remote Corporate Solicitor - Part Time

The Remote Corporate Solicitor will support a specialist commercial law firm, working 2-3 days/week on a long-term, fully remote contract. You'll advise on small-business M&A, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, group restructures and more, ensuring clients receive expert and pragmatic corporate legal support.

Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:

• Structuring, drafting and negotiating sales and acquisition agreements
• Advising on and preparing shareholder agreements and articles of association
• Handling share buy-backs, share transfers and group restructures
• Managing due diligence processes and corporate governance tasks
• Providing clear, commercial legal advice, tailored to small businesses
• Liaising with clients directly in a remote, flexible setting
• Coordinating with the internal team to deliver consistent, top-tier service

Profile

The Corporate Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor (or equivalent) with 6+?PQE in corporate/commercial law
• Experienced in M&A, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, transfers and restructures
• Confident advising SMEs throughout the deal lifecycle
• Strong in drafting and negotiating corporate documentation
• Proactive, communicative and comfortable working fully remotely
• Familiar with commercial realities and offering clear, cost-effective solutions
