Art Department Support
⢠Assist in the creation and preparation of merchandise assets, including merch menus, AtVenuicons, and product images for online and on\-site use.
⢠Prepare and update marketing ad mats (resizing, copy swaps, versioning) based on brand guidelines and provided templates.
⢠Export, resize, and organize final deliverables for web, print, and event environments.
⢠Implement updates and revisions to existing assets as direction and client feedback come in.
Administrative & File Management
⢠Organize and maintain the shared drive so files are easy to find, logically structured, and consistently labeled.
⢠File, tag, and archive art assets according to internal naming conventions and storage guidelines.
⢠Maintain simple logs or trackers for active projects, revisions, and approvals.
⢠Populate contract details, route agreements for eâsignature through approved platforms (e.g. Adobe Sign), and track status until fully executed.
⢠Assist in routing invoices with finance and accounting.
Quality Assurance Support
⢠Review and proof graphics for spelling, accuracy, brand consistency, and visual quality before delivery.
⢠Conduct QA checks on the webstore to ensure product images, descriptions, pricing, and layouts are displaying correctly.
⢠Flag issues clearly and coordinate with our designers or web team to get corrections made quickly.
