Job Description - Customer Service Representative for a Media Provider in the US (Home Based Part Time)




• Handle inbound/outbound phone calls with real estate clients (primary focus) and other segments (architecture, construction, special projects).



• Update and manage CRM records via Airtable .



• Support client requests for post-project adjustments, coordinating with the internal/post-production team as needed.



• Communicate with the overseas post-production team (Brazil-based) via WhatsApp .



• Manage client communication tickets across multiple platforms .



• Identify and support upsell opportunities as familiarity with the business grows.



• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist with communication, prompt-writing, and problem-solving.
