Job Description - Customer Service Specialist for a Real Estate Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)

Daily Tasks:

â¢ Manage tenant leads generated through online property listing platforms

â¢ Qualify prospective tenants and coordinate with real estate agents regarding property viewings and applications

â¢ Coordinate maintenance requests and manage vendor communications

â¢ Respond to tenant inquiries related to maintenance concerns

â¢ Research vendor quotations and obtain approval before scheduling services

â¢ Follow up with vendors and tenants to ensure maintenance work is completed satisfactorily

â¢ Perform monthly expense data entry using property management software

â¢ Record utility expenses and invoices (approximately 2 hours per month)

â¢ Provide ad hoc administrative support and complete additional tasks as required

Working Shifts:

â¢ Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm Central Standard Time
