Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to manage and grow our
client’s social media presence and support brand awareness across digital platforms. This role
is ideal for someone who understands how to build an engaged online following, maintain a
consistent brand voice, and create compelling written content that aligns with a creative brand.
Key Responsibilities
●Manage day to day activity across social media platforms, including posting, scheduling,
monitoring, and responding to engagement
●Grow brand awareness by following, engaging with, and building relationships with
relevant accounts, communities, and collaborators
●Take ownership of written content for social media, ensuring all posts reflect the brand’s
tone of voice, values, and visual identity
●Work closely with creative and design teams to ensure content aligns with ongoing
projects, campaigns, and brand direction
●Plan and support content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting
●Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to help refine content and growth
strategies
●Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices within the
creative and design industry
Skills & Experience
●Excellent written English skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and on brand
social media copy
●Proven understanding of how to grow social media accounts organically and increase
brand awareness
●Strong attention to detail and an understanding of brand voice and consistency
●Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, or
similar
●Confidence engaging with audiences and representing the brand professionally online
●Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, while collaborating effectively
with a wider team
Desirable
●Experience creating social media content (images, reels, videos, stories)
●Familiarity with content planning tools, analytics, or scheduling platforms
●Background or interest in design, branding, or the creative industry
