The project and the role description:

We are currently seeking a Digital Payments Service Manager to join the project of our Swedish client — a global manufacturing company that provides forest, park, lawn and
garden, and construction products for professionals and consumers.

The Digital Payments Service Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing digital payment operations across the company’s global ecosystem. This role ensures seamless, reliable, and high-performing payment experiences for customers while managing relationships with key payment service providers (PSPs) including PayPal, Adyen, and other strategic partners

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital payment services across a company Group


• Monitor performance, KPIs, and ensure reliable payment operations


• Own relationships and negotiations with payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Adyen)


• Collaborate with engineering and business teams on integrations and expansions


• Analyze data, plan roadmaps, and drive adoption of new payment technologies

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• Excellent English communication skills


• Located in Czechia or Slovakia.


• Experience in digital payments, fintech, or e-commerce operations


• Proven track record managing PSPs (PayPal, Adyen, Stripe, etc.) at enterprise scale


• Knowledge of payment workflows, APIs, and industry standards (PCI DSS, PSD2, EMV)


• Hands-on experience with multi-currency processing and international payments


• Familiarity with analytics, monitoring tools, and e-commerce/payment integrations


• Strong collaboration skills and understanding of global payment compliance
