Job Description - E-commerce Specialist for an Outdoor Sales and Supplement Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)




• Update website products







• Ensure connectivity with core website platform/supplier app (non technical)







• Review customer's orders







• Ensure customer orders are processed (10-20/week)







• Action if something fails







• Monitor order process to ensure it is done in a timely manner







• Make minor adjustments (for Shopify/BigCommerece) as needed







• Categorize products







• Update Facebook page with new products (monitor/add human touch - as posts are done automatically)
