AXL Advanced is seeking an experienced ERPAG ERP/MRP consultant on a part-time contract project basis. This hybrid role requires an on-site presence to collaborate directly with our manufacturing and operations teams while executing the setup and implementation of ERPAG and migration tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERPAG setups for small-to-medium manufacturing businesses and is skilled in systems integration, data migration, and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate existing costing systems and product data from custom Google Sheets into ERPAG.
- Configure ERPAG modules for manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production orders, BOM, and time tracking.
- Integrate ERPAG with Shopify Plus, QuickBooks Online, and ShipStation for a seamless workflow.
- Customize ERPAG to match existing routing steps, production processes, and inventory systems.
- Document and train internal team members on ERPAG workflows and processes.
- Work closely on-site to ensure accuracy in process mapping and implementation.
- Provide continued support post-launch to ensure system stability and user adoption.
Required Experience:
- 1+ years of hands-on ERPAG implementation experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Deep understanding of ERPAG’s BOM, MRP, routing, and costing functionalities.
- Demonstrated experience in data migration from spreadsheets or legacy systems into ERP systems.
- Familiarity with cut-and-sew or product assembly operations is a strong plus.
- Experience integrating ERPAG with e-commerce platforms and accounting tools.
- Ability to work effectively on-site at our Wylie, TX facility (at least 1–2 days/week during setup phase).
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus and QuickBooks Online integrations.
- Experience with ShipStation or similar fulfillment tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and training skills.
- Experience with Google Sheets and apps
