Job Description - Events & Special Operations Coordinator

MUST have a NYS ARMED security guard license, drivers license (to drive our company vehicles when needed) and a vehicle.

We are seeking an Events / Special Operations Coordinator. Responsibility will include:

Fielding all inbound requests for special events and ops (including pricing based on the scope of work only after review by senior management).

Organizing and assigning security coverage.

Collecting relevant location, how many guards are needed, when, from what time to what time, the actual scope of work, dress code and directing the customer to the office to secure payment before confirming/securing the booking.

Security planning and pregaming with our guards on site before the event begins.

Delivering and collecting company radios, other equipment, and sometimes personnel to the location when needed.

Standing guard when needed.

Serving as the point of contact for any questions or concerns during the event.

Wages:

Primary: Bonus only per deal secured / booking secured. ($100)

Secondary: If you decide to work the detail, or are assign to work by senior management, you will be paid an extra $5PH on top of whatever the guards wage rate is for the detail. (Example: If we are paying a guard $40PH for the detail, if you cover/stand the post yourself -- you will be paid $45PH).

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
