Daily Tasks:
⢠Assist with day\-to\-day firm operations, including workflow management, deadline tracking, and monitoring key dates such as renewals, filings, and client deliverables
⢠Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and records in accordance with the firmâs document management structure
⢠Support HR\-related activities, including onboarding checklists, contractor coordination, and upkeep of internal process documentation
⢠Coordinate with external stakeholders, consultants, legal partners, and vendors as required
⢠Manage complex and dynamic calendars for executives, including scheduling internal/external meetings, coordinating availability, and proactively resolving conflicts
⢠Handle email management, including triage, drafting responses, flagging priority items, and maintaining inbox organization
⢠Prepare and maintain executive documents, presentations, reports, and meeting briefs
⢠Support drafting correspondence, memos, followâup communications, and client outreach on behalf of the executives
⢠Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Working Shift:
⢠The shift will be 4 to 5 hours, flexible between 10:00am \- 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time
