Job Summary

We are seeking a Fee-For-Service Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed social worker (LMSW/LCSW) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform intakes and assessments

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based and holistic treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Facilitate wellness workshop

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted LMSW/LCSW

Clinical Experience Maintaining a caseload: 2+ years

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Culturally competent

Haitian Creole or Spanish speaker preferred

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
