Job Description - Financial Controller (Part-Time)

Collaborate directly with the CFO to support day-to-day operations.
Assist in preparing for investor meetings, including analysis and reporting.
Establish and optimize internal financial processes.
Ensure accurate and timely financial data management and reporting.
Oversee internal financial tools such as Datev and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Take charge of ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the CFO.

Experience: At least 2 years in a financial controlling or similar role.
Languages: Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial tools.
Work Environment: Ability to work independently from home.
