Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be available for on-site sessions in Louisville, KY, Georgetown or surrounding areas, with the option to provide telehealth services. Experience with virtual therapy and digital platforms is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions in-person or via our secure telehealth platform.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to address mental health and addiction needs, including trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
- Offer crisis intervention services when necessary.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent in Kentucky.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Comfortable working with telehealth platforms and technology.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
