Recruitment & Hiring Support
⢠Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and leadership teams
⢠Source qualified candidates through job boards, recruitment platforms, databases, and social media
⢠Assist with candidate communication, follow-up, and interview coordination throughout the hiring process
⢠Coordinate and track background checks, onboarding documentation, and hiring progress
⢠Participate in and support virtual onboarding sessions for new hires
⢠Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets, applicant databases, and candidate pipelines
Compliance & Onboarding Support
⢠Monitor and track employee compliance requirements, including: Professional licenses and certifications, CPR certifications, OIG exclusion screenings, Required onboarding and annual training completion
Additional responsibilities include:
⢠Sending reminders regarding expiring credentials, incomplete documentation, and pending compliance items
⢠Assisting with onboarding records and employee file management
⢠Ensuring timely follow-up on compliance-related requirements
⢠Administrative & HR Support
⢠Draft professional HR, onboarding, and recruitment-related emails and communications
⢠Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and tracking documents as assigned
⢠Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
⢠Take meeting notes and maintain organized documentation
⢠Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, vendors, and leadership teams
⢠Conduct basic online research and administrative support tasks
⢠Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by leadership
