Intake Specialist

Emerest Health of PA is now hiring Intake Specialist for Berks County - with fast hiring! 

Qualifications:

• This is not a remote position. 


• 2+ years in homecare or healthcare (client-focused)
  


• Must be willing to travel within assigned coverage area. 


• Must be in the state of PA. 


• Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct quality assurance visits to clients' homes to assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency standards.


• Conduct initial intakes and conduct home assessment with the client and their families.
  


• Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits
  


• Document and report findings from quality assurance and supervisory visits.
