Job Description - Invoicing Assistant for a Medical Equipment Supplier in the US (Home Based Part Time)




• Set up QuickBooks Online from scratch (company profile, chart of accounts, customer list, products/services, invoice templates)




• Create and send monthly client invoices through QuickBooks




• Update and maintain invoice records each month, including tracking payment status




• Follow up on outstanding or overdue invoices as needed




• Maintain organized customer and billing records




• Take on additional admin and bookkeeping tasks as the role grows




• Potential future expansion into content creation, social media, lead generation, and marketing graphics (not skill requirement)
