Remote LCSW Mental Health Therapist with Bixby Mental Health
Bixby is a mental health company dedicated to providing high-quality telehealth services to clients in California. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team as a part-time clinician, 10-20 hours a week with an opportunity for full-time over time. Responsibilities:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide treatment to clients with a wide range of diagnoses.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring all required information is submitted for billing purposes.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a full caseload, delivering individual psychotherapy through telehealth sessions.
- Contribute to ongoing professional development and collaboration by attending clinical training, case consultations, and staff meetings.
- Maintain an active license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Must have an active LCSW/LMFT license and be in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical and/or behavioral health setting.
- Knowledge and experience in working with the adult and geriatric population preferred.
- Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic record-keeping systems.
- Access to reliable internet and computer to provide telehealth services.
Compensation/Benefits:
- This is a W2 position with a compensation rate of $70/clinical hour. Clinicians will be provided with clients and expected to be at a full case load in 2-3 months.
- Leadership opportunities are available with appropriate compensation for additional duties.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, 7 floating holidays, and 3 sick days.
