• Conduct manual lead research and outreach to prospective clients.




• Assist with managing incoming enquiries and following up potential business opportunities.




• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospect information and follow-up activities using spreadsheets or the client's preferred systems.




• Support ongoing business development activities, proactively identifying opportunities and ensuring leads are followed up.
