Are you an experienced licensed Counselor looking to make a meaningful impact? Care Navigators, Inc. is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team!

Position: Part-Time Licensed Counselor

Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing and new clients based on their needs, limitations, and desires

Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and guidelines

Build rapport with clients and their families

Conduct monthly support groups for clients and caregivers

Build awareness related to services within independent/assisted living communities

Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s Degree in Social Work

1+ years of clinical social experience

Valid and Current LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license

Excellent listening and communication skills

Experience with older adults preferred
