Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and relationship solutions, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work

Current and unrestricted license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and professional

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Ability to build rapport with clients

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

At Receive Counseling Services, our passion is to help restore relationships. Relationships can be bonded through marriage, dating, friendship, family ties, or love. We counsel individuals, couples, and families. We work with adults and children of all ages. Individual issues such as anger management, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, co-dependency, etc. are addressed one-on-one. Couples counseling and family counseling involves all parties included. There are no secrets in couples counseling or family counseling; each person is included. We also offer group counseling if needed.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and talk therapy are available. Each person is different, so each psychotherapy session will be based on the person(s) in counseling.
