🎯 The Role

Are you a LinkedIn Specialist who can turn scrolls into clicks and clicks into clients? We’re looking for a LinkedIn Specialist (Part-Time) to supercharge EVA’s presence on LinkedIn and drive real business results.

You'll split your time between organic (30%) and paid (70%) strategies, with a sharp focus on lead generation, visibility, and ROI.

🔑 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute impactful LinkedIn campaigns that speak to EVA’s target audience
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ad Account (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms)
• Create concise, creative briefs for the design team
• Craft compelling organic content, thought leadership posts, and showcase pages
• Analyze performance data and report results to management 1-2x per month
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure messaging consistency
• Grow and engage EVA's follower base in line with our brand voice and goals

✅ What We're Looking For

Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Expertise in running and optimizing Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Text Ads, and Dynamic Ads

Familiarity with Lead Gen Forms and CRM integration (especially GHL)

Strong understanding of audience targeting, Lookalikes, Matched Audiences

A/B testing know-how: creatives, CTAs, segments

Analytical mindset: Able to read and react to data (CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.)
