Marketing and Promotions

The desert’s premier upscale Mineral Water Resort & Spa is now accepting applications for part time guest-oriented Marketing and Promotions.

AZURE PALM HOT SPRINGS is an unique resort oasis located in the Miracle Hill area of Desert Hot Springs. 40 overnight guest accommodations, full-service spa, the largest mineral water pool in So Cal, a healthy café and…a natural hot spring oasis!

This is a special property, and we are looking for a talented marketing-minded individual to create an expand awareness of the resort and integrate experiences for guests who come to the desert to rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul. The ideal candidates will naturally love connecting with people and thrive on learning.

We are a growing, multifaceted property with learning and growth opportunities in all aspects of hospitality, spa, cleansing, legendary guest service and the marketing of those experiences.

Job Type: Part Time; 1099 (contract) On-site and remote

Availability: Partial weekends and holiday availability are a must. Open availability and flexibility desired.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Design and execute social media posts in service of those strategies

· Create local awareness of the resort, its experiences, calls to action through in person visits

· Visit hotels, resorts and visitor centers in Greater Palm Springs and throughout the CV to maintain and build synergistic relationships

· Choose and/or shoot high quality photos, images and videos that reflect the brand and integrate them to tell a compelling story

· Participate in and lead off-site events

· Participate in marketing and social media strategy planning

· Participate in creating and executing other ad and promotion opportunities as they arise

· Act as ambassador for the mineral spring experience at Azure Palm Hot Springs through first-hand knowledge of the resort’s experiences

· Support on-site roles as necessary to provide legendary guest experiences

· At times assist guests with questions, special requests and issues before, during and after their stays ensuring a positive experience.

Key Competencies

· Hotel, Spa or other guest service experience preferred

· Ability to develop and maintain human connections and positive relationships

· Must have an automobile. Travel within the CV is required (mileage reimbursement).

· Graphic design eye

· Thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

· Ability to make decisions and problem solve

· Professionalism

· Reliable, dependable, consistent

· Self-starter. Self-motivated. Teamwork.

· Strong communication and command of the English language for writing compelling stories

· Spanish language translation a plus

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
