Job Description - Marketing Events Coordinator

Marketing Events Coordinator

Location: Ocean Isle Beach, NC(and surrounding areas)

RealPro Renovations is transforming the bath remodeling industry with stylish, durable, and maintenance-free solutions. We believe in enriching lives—both our customers’ and our team’s—by delivering exceptional products and service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Brunswick county and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:

Research, identify, and secure consumer events and home shows within the assigned territory
Negotiate and manage contracts with event vendors
Build and maintain an annual calendar of shows and events
Recruit, hire, train, and manage Event Demonstrators
Schedule team members to work events effectively and efficiently
Coordinate booth setup and tear-down logistics
Generate leads and set appointments for free in-home consultations at events
Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule consultations
Track, analyze, and report on event results and ROI

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities
Experience in coaching and motivating others
Adaptability and focus in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work weekends and travel locally to events
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Part-time(25-30 hrs/week), hybrid-remote position with the potential for full-time at a future date.
