The Marriage Hub is a faith-based organization headquartered in Elizabethtown, PA, serving couples nationwide through transformative Marriage Intensive Retreats. Rooted in biblical truth, our mission is to restore families by helping couples strengthen their marriages and reflect God's love to the world.

What You'll Do as a Marriage Intake Specialist:

• Serve as the first point of contact for couples in crisis, providing compassionate and timely follow-up.
• Guide clients through the intake process, including screening forms, enrollment, and ongoing communication.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in Trello, our CRM system.
• Send & track financial forms, ensuring timely and complete processing.
• Monitor crisis-related emails and respond outside of traditional business hours when needed.
• Keep the prospect database updated and ensure all client information is current.
• Attend in-person staff meetings twice per month in Elizabethtown, PA.
• Work remotely approximately 10 hours per week, 6–7 days per month, with flexible scheduling.

Our Ideal Marriage Intake Specialist:

• Experience: Has at least 1 year of experience in sales, education, or a related client-facing role; CRM experience is a plus.
• Aligned: Someone in a healthy marriage, who is committed to The Marriage Hub's mission, vision, and faith-based values.
• Relational: Emotionally intelligent, a good listener, and comfortable guiding sensitive conversations, including finance discussions.
• Resilient: Able to hear "no" more often than "yes" and maintain a compassionate, professional tone.
• Flexible: Willing to make occasional evening or weekend calls based on client needs.
• Detail-oriented: Keeps accurate records and maintains an organized, up-to-date client database.
• Committed: Willing to complete a Marriage Intensive session to understand the process firsthand.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using phone, email, texting, online messaging, and CRM tools to manage client communication.

What we offer our Marriage Intake Specialist:

• $1,000/month salary or $23/hour
• IRA with up to 3% company match
