Weâre growing fast, and KidStrong Lake Oswego is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and results-driven Member Advisor to help lead the charge. đŻ The Role: Member Advisor
Youâre the front line of our mission. From the first phone call to a high-five after a trial class, youâll guide new families into the world of KidStrong and help them see whatâs possible for their kids. Youâll manage our lead pipeline, drive conversions, and shape the family experience from âhelloâ to âweâre in.â
đ§ Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Conversion
â
Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to follow up with inbound leads
â
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on trial classesâmaximizing attendance and conversion
â
Deliver a confident, consultative sales experience that connects with each familyâs goals
â
Maintain and report on key metrics (attendance, conversion rates, outreach activity)
Operations & Process
â
Manage and optimize sales systems in GloFox and Podium
â
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow structured lead workflows
â
Ensure front desk systems run smoothly (check-in, registration, delinquency follow-up)
Community & Collaboration
â
Represent KidStrong at local events, pop-ups, and partner activations
â
Collaborate with Coaches to ensure trial experiences are seamless and fun
â
Communicate clearly across the team about incoming families and feedback
Leadership & Growth
â
Lead by example with professionalism, hustle, and ownership

Execute marketing strategies and trial generation campaigns

Coach and mentor team members in best practices over time

đ Qualifications:
⢠2+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound or consultative sales
⢠Experience in childrenâs programming, fitness, or family services is a plus
⢠Strong communication skillsâverbal and written
⢠Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools
⢠Available for at least 3 weekday evenings and 1 weekend day
⢠Comfortable making 100+ calls per week as part of outbound effort
⢠Associateâs or bachelorâs degree in business, education, or related field preferred
