About the role

We are seeking a qualified professional to serve as a Non-Executive Director for our group of companies registered in Malta. This is an important compliance and governance role that contributes to establishing economic substance for our Malta-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a formal director of four Maltese companies.

• Review and sign corporate documents as required.

• Maintain availability for document execution with quick turnaround (within 1 business day).

• Conduct online verifications (as a part of KYC procedures).

Qualifications

• Malta citizenship and permanent residency status.

• Professional background in legal, finance, or corporate services.

• Previous experience as a Non-Executive Director or similar governance role.

• Understanding of Maltese corporate governance and compliance requirements.

• Availability to sign necessary documentation in a timely manner.

• Professional reputation and high standard of ethics.

Location

Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
