Object Scanning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to assist in a short-term project involving object scanning for use in augmented reality (AR). This is a remote, part-time role requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week for 3 months.

To start, selected candidates will complete a paid 10-hour trial period (over one week) to assess ability to follow instructions, meet quality standards, and maintain communication. Those who pass the trial will be offered a part-time contract for the full project duration of 3-months.

Important: Applicants must own an iPhone 12 Pro (or newer) or an iPad Pro 5th Gen (or newer).

Key Responsibilities:

• Use a mobile scanning app on your iPhone or iPad to capture data


• Follow specific instructions to ensure quality results


• Maintain a consistent pace to meet weekly target requirements


• Communicate regularly with the project team regarding your progress, questions or any challenges

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must own an iPhone 12 Pro or newer (any “Pro” model) or iPad Pro 5th Gen or newer


• Comfortable using iOS apps


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions


• Reliable internet connection for file uploads and communication (Wi-Fi required; app usage itself can be offline)


• Ability to commit to commit to 20 hours per week for the full 3-month project duration


• Responsible, responsive, and open to receiving and implementing feedback
