Job Description - Operations Assistant for a Trades & Labor Company in USA (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Maintain and manage task lists (open and delegated items) using the Motion app

â¢ Communicate with clients primarily via text/VOIP phone app, and via booking links

â¢ Draft and send client messages on behalf of the business owner
â¢ Coordinate logistics with movers, junk removal services, dumpsters, donation centers, and contractorsâconfirming availability, pricing, and arrival windows
â¢ Prepare the field team with necessary supplies, access instructions, and job details ahead of scheduled work
â¢ Monitor and manage email correspondence and scheduling

â¢ Resolve routine client questions and escalate when necessary
