Job Description - Operations Coordinator for a Healthcare Provider in US (Home Based Part Time)

â¢ Ops coordination: liaising between the client and the internal team of doctors

â¢ Rota management via Connecteam (universal rota/workforce management app) â allocating doctors to different work queues, backlogs, and platforms based on client requirements

â¢ Guiding/directing doctors to specific queues as client needs come in (e.g., "work on this queue," "work on this backlog spreadsheet")

â¢ General client communication and creation of rotas Internal phone communication only â ringing doctors if they don't respond on Connecteam for urgent matters (no external/customer-facing calls)
