Part-Time Interviewer for SRE Engineers

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with SRE candidates.

• Assess knowledge in Linux, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and scripting.

• Evaluate problem-solving and incident response skills.

• Provide objective feedback to the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on background in SRE/DevOps/Systems Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, automation, and distributed systems.

• Ability to evaluate coding skills (Python, Go, or similar).

• Previous interview or mentoring experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and fairness in assessments.
