Job Description - Part-Time Office Administrator Madrid (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to help keep our fast-growing Madrid office running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in creating an efficient, welcoming, and well-organized work environment.

Contract: Part-time (25 hours/week)
Location: Hybrid (Madrid)

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations: supplies, facilities, maintenance, correspondence.
  • Coordinate with IT for office equipment logistics (delivery, handover, return).
  • Assist People Operations with background checks and Health & Safety compliance.
  • Support People & Culture and Marketing teams with purchase order processes.
  • Collaborate with different departments in onboarding and offboarding (access, equipment, welcome packs, etc.).
  • Organize and support internal office events.
  • Act as the go-to person for any facility-related issue or request.
  • Proven experience in office administration.
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid and dynamic environment.
