About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential commercial clients to promote HVAC maintenance services.
- Engage with businesses to identify their HVAC needs and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on HVAC industry trends and service offerings to enhance conversations.
- Meet or exceed weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior telemarketing experience preferred (sales to B2B experienced preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance services is a plus - training is provided
- Proficient in using CRM software along with computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
