Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, English-fluent Sales Development Representative / Sales VA to support a growing remote business. The main focus of this role is outbound lead generation and helping build pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up.

This is a good fit for someone who is organized, persuasive in writing, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation


• Research and identify potential customers


• Send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and/or email


• Follow up with prospects consistently


• Help manage leads and outreach activity in HubSpot


• Book meetings and support pipeline development


• Provide light sales admin support as needed


• Potentially assist with inbound leads later, once trained

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent in English, written and spoken


• Experience in SDR, BDR, sales support, or outreach roles


• Comfortable using HubSpot


• Strong written communication skills


• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated


• Able to work independently with minimal oversight


• Experience with LinkedIn outreach is a plus
