RYZ is looking for a skilled Podcast Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen ear for audio and a passion for storytelling. Your primary responsibility will be to edit and enhance podcast episodes to ensure high-quality audio production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and mix raw audio recordings to create polished, professional-quality podcast episodes.
- Remove background noise, correct audio inconsistencies, and ensure clarity.
- Collaborate with hosts and producers to meet their creative vision and ensure content coherence.
- Add music, sound effects, and transitions as needed to enhance the listening experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of episodes according to the production schedule.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in audio editing and podcast production.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in audio editing, preferably with podcast content.
- Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Audacity.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
