Our client, a highly regarded commercial law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor for a locum role to assist their team.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated Private Client team, handling a caseload of Private Client matters, predominantly Probate and Estate Administration, and ideally some with an agricultural element. The role is ideally a full-time one, although those available only on a 4 day per week basis wshoudl also apply. You will be required to contibute to the firm's commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients across the South West. You will be available to start ASAP (within the next few weeks).

• Manage a caseload of private client matters

• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client service

• At least 5 years' experience in Private Client Law

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or otherwise qualified by experience

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in relevant legal technology and case management systems

• Competitive locum rate of £50 - £65 per hour
