We are a rapidly growing home care agency based in Pennsylvania, committed to providing top-tier professional personal care services to our clients. Our agency utilizes cutting-edge home care software, SwyftOps, to streamline operations and ensure optimal service delivery. We are seeking a dedicated Billing and Payroll Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Job Description:

We are looking for a local (but can remotely work from home) detail-oriented and punctual Billing and Payroll Specialist to manage our Medicaid, VA through the CCN network, and private pay billing for our home care agency in Pennsylvania, utilizing our SwyftOps software. The ideal candidate will have proficiency with ADP and preferably possess a 2+ year degree in a financial or accounting-related discipline.

Responsibilities:

- Handle Medicaid, VA through the CCN network, and private pay billing processes

- Manage payroll tasks accurately and efficiently for 50+ employees

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of billing claims and payroll on a bi-weekly basis

- Conduct thorough reviews of billing and payroll documentation for accuracy

- Collaborate with the finance team to address any billing or payroll discrepancies

- Stay updated on Medicaid, VA, and private billing regulations in Pennsylvania

Requirements:

- 2+ year degree in a financial or accounting-related discipline is highly desirable

- Experience in billing and payroll, with proficiency in ADP preferred

- Familiarity with Medicaid, VA, and private billing processes

- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
