Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and tech-native Project Analyst to help build and operate the operational backbone of a growing energy and infrastructure consultancy.

In this seat, you will support long-lifecycle capital projects—ranging from energy infrastructure, power generation, and natural gas midstream to powered land and commercial site developments. Operating as an AI-empowered operator rather than a traditional virtual assistant, you will set up automated data extraction flows, synthesize meeting insights, track multi-year project milestones, prepare client-facing status reports, and interface directly with executive stakeholders, local officials, commissioners, and judges.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Assisted Reporting, Automation & Data Extraction

  Workflow Automation: Configure and oversee automated ingestion workflows (using LLMs, email parser tools, and automated meeting assistants) to extract action items, key decisions, and critical risks from raw project communications.

  Executive Report Synthesis: Digest complex, multi-source inputs to package clean, concise, and structured weekly/monthly progress reports for leadership and external clients.

  
  

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Multi-Year Project Management

• 
  

  Pipeline & Schedule Governance: Track project milestones, budgets, permitting deadlines, and deliverables across multi-year infrastructure lifecycles (14–36 month horizons).

  
  


• 
  

  High-Level Stakeholder Liaison: Proactively follow up with municipal leaders, county judges, utility commissioners, local officials, and corporate clients to coordinate schedules, clear regulatory bottlenecks, and maintain project momentum.

  
  

3. Market Intelligence & Industry Research

• 
  

  Regulatory & Market Tracking: Monitor industry news, FERC/PUC regulatory shifts, policy updates, and market trends across energy, natural gas, renewables, and powered land development.

  Executive Briefings: Prepare actionable brief summaries highlighting market shifts, land acquisition trends, or policy changes affecting client portfolios.

  
  

4. Client Meeting Operations & Financial Administration

• 
  

  Meeting Synthesis: Attend client discovery calls and project working groups—leveraging AI scribes to capture technical notes, assign action items, and ensure zero details slip through the cracks.

  Operational Admin: Manage client invoicing schedules, billable hour tracking, expense logging, and core operational workflows.
