Project Support (Part time)

We are seeking part time Project Support to join our team on a project basis. You will play a key role in building high quality experience for learners of a digital learning and engagement platform, as the project’s main priority. 

Key responsibilities:

Learning Design & Management

• Assist in the design and development of online training courses, including comprehensive programmes and short-format modules;
• Collaborate with lead instructors to develop course materials, interactive learning activities, and assessments aligned with course learning outcomes;
• Upload, organise, and maintain course materials on the learning management system;
• Perform Vietnamese-English and English-Vietnamese translation tasks across varied formats including video subtitles, documentation, and user interface content;
• Assist in organising and managing online learning activities and coaching sessions.

Project Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of project activities and timelines;
• Prepare progress reports and updates for various stakeholders.

Other: Complete ad hoc duties as assigned.
 

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese (IELTS 7.5 or higher);
• Prior experience in teaching, instructional design, or educational support, is a plus;
• Experience with learning management systems, and digital platforms;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Growth mindset with passion for learning new things;
• Keen attention to detail;
• Strong multitasking abilities;
• Competent and confident in tech-heavy environments with ability to adopt new technological tools quickly;
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Other information:

• Remote part time position (20 hours per week)
• Project based employment: 1 year contract, renewable based on performance and adaptability
• Salary: 5 -  6 million VND per calendar month depending on experience
