Job Description - PRP Rehabilitation Specialist

The Rehabilitation Specialist advises the Program Director regarding the development and implementation of psychiatric rehabilitation services that reflect the need of the clients served by the program. The Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for assuring that the services meet the needs of the individuals we serve and is responsible for providing oversight for the daily program rehabilitation services.

Duties:

Develop individual treatment and rehabilitation plans alongside Program Director

Review and approve monthly progress reports for Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) clients.

Conduct an initial and monthly review of client’s existing Individual Treatment and Rehabilitation Plan (ITRP) with Program Director and assigned Direct Care Staff member. Develop new ITRPs if needed

Review and approve contact notes from Direct Care Staff members to monitor client progress, and identify clients that require referrals for additional treatment

Assist Program Director in identifying staff training needs

Qualifications: Must be a licensed mental health professional with a minimum of 2 experience working with emotionally disturbed youth

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
