CardioRenal Vision is a post-acute Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology established practice. Currently, we are looking for a Pulmonologist to join this dynamic practice on a part-time basis. Pulmonologist will oversee NPs working with sub-acute and long term patients. Approx. 5 hours per week coverage, and visiting the Skilled Nursing Facilities.

» Under Patient Driven Payment Models, patient outcomes is tied to reimbursements for SNF’s.
