Recruitment Assistant for a Pest Control Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)

• Manage end\-to\-end recruiting activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.

• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline to ensure timely follow\-ups and engagement.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Support recruiters in tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

• Assist with communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
