Recruitment Specialist for a Staffing Agency in the US (Home Based Part Time)

• Responsible for managing the end\-to\-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels.

• Conducts thorough pre\-screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and role alignment.

• Evaluates applicants through structured interviews, assessments, and background reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

• Validates candidate information, credentials, and suitability before endorsement to hiring managers, ensuring compliance with company standards and hiring requirements.
