HomeWell Care Services of Carolina Beach and Wilmington is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing team. As a locally owned and operated agency, we’re committed to providing exceptional in-home care to our community—and that starts with hiring the best.

Position: Part-Time Registered Nurse (with potential for full-time as we grow)
Location: Wilmington, Carolina Beach, and surrounding areas
Schedule: Flexible hours | Weekdays with occasional weekend or on-call availability

What You’ll Do:

Conduct initial client assessments and develop customized care plans

Perform supervisory visits and reassessments per state and agency guidelines

Train, mentor, and evaluate caregivers to ensure top-quality care

Ensure compliance with all North Carolina home care regulations

Collaborate with the Agency Director and Care Team on client needs and updates

What We’re Looking For:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina

At least 1 year of nursing experience (home care or geriatric experience a plus)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and organized

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
