Registration Event Staff

We are recruiting in the following states: Florida, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah, Arizona, Kentucky, Indiana, Massachusetts, + Alabama. 

Reporting to the onsite Registration Lead, this position is mainly responsible for working an onsite event zone within Registration to produce a successful registration/event check-in experience for Spartan customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of onsite-registration equipment and setup
• Registering each customer (pre-registered and walk-up registration)
• Assist in managing registration volunteers during event days
• Provide excellent customer service

• Be comfortable working outdoors in challenging conditions (standing, walking in all weather conditions)
• Have a proven attention to detail yet the ability to choose the appropriate battles
• Possess a strong analytical mindset and approach to managing projects and problem solving
• Thrive in an environment of process, customer-centric problem solving and quick thinking
• Be comfortable traveling 50 days or more during the year (at least 1 weekend per month)
• Be able to travel Thursday through Monday, at least 1 weekend per month, most months
