Reporting Assistant for a Marketing Firm in the US (Home Based Part Time)

• Prepare daily coverage reports for clients showcasing PR campaign results

• Create weekly summary reports compiling PR clippings and media coverage

• Compile PR clippings and media mentions into professional presentation decks

• Ensure timely delivery of all client reports according to established schedules

• Maintain organized records of all media coverage and PR materials

• Research and create a spreadsheet of PR awards for the agency to consider

• Research and create a spreadsheet of panels PR executes to sit on

• Research and review PR competitors and provide a report
