Our client is a small law firm specialising in high street legal services. They have a requirement for a skilled Residential Property Locum Solicitor to join their team to cover a sickness absence. The requirement is on an ongoing basis for 4 days per week and will be handling the usual high street conveyancing caseload. On site attendance ideal, but willing to offer fully remote working if needs be.

The successful Residential Property Locum Solicitor will handle a typical high street caseload, providing expert legal advice and support to clients in a remote working capacity.

• Manage a varied residential property caseload

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients

• Draft and review legal documents and contracts

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive

• At least 4 years' experience handling residential property matters

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools

• Hourly rate of £40-£50 per hour
