What you'll do:

• 
  

  Develop projects end-to-end across SD, DD, and CD phases, on fast-turnaround commercial retail projects that can move through every stage in about a month.

  
  


• 
  

  3D modeling and production of a full SD set of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and coordinate complete DD sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities and complete 100% CD sets for general contractors.

  
  


• 
  

  Produce as-built documentation and take existing projects through to final construction document sets.

  
  


• 
  

  Pick up and implement redlines and markups efficiently across SD, DD, and CD stages, including on previously developed projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with Revit and BIM360 to ensure accuracy, coordination, and seamless collaboration.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate proactively with the client team — report progress, flag requirements, and surface blockers without waiting to be contacted.

  
  

What you must have:

• 
  

  A bachelor's degree in architecture

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of experience as an architect or Revit Modeler.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM360.

  
  


• 
  

  An advanced English level.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience managing all stages of set development, from starting a project from scratch to overseeing renovations.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience producing as-builts and picking up markups on previously developed projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to keep pace with fast, back-to-back project cycles without losing accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Proactive, clear communication — this is key for this client.

  
  


• 
  

  High level of autonomy, strong self-management skills, and attention to detail.
