• Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents accurately and on time.



• Assist with business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities.



• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding sales and business development matters.



• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.



• Support the Managing Partner with sales administration and business development initiatives.



• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.



• Monitor tender opportunities and maintain submission schedules.



• Ensure all documentation complies with company requirements and standards.



• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress.



• Follow up on client inquiries and assist in negotiating business opportunities when required.



• Perform other administrative and business support tasks as assigned by the Managing Partner.
